General Terms and Conditions

General information

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and purchases from the Oona Caviar Shop of Bergquellfisch Frutigen, Division der Coop Genossenschaft (hereinafter referred to as " Bergquellfisch Frutigen"). These General Terms and Conditions govern all procedures of the purchasing process that take place via the Shop store, in particular ordering, delivery, payment, customer service, data processing and complaints.

Conclusion of contract

The provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply to the conclusion of the contract. An order is deemed to have been placed as soon as payment has been received and the customer has received the confirmation e-mail.

Confirmation

Every valid order is automatically confirmed to your e-mail address. The confirmation contains the exact details of your purchase and serves as a copy of the invoice.

Prices / Means of payment

The prices result from the conclusion of the contract or the underlying price list. Our prices are quoted in CHF including VAT. We accept the following means of payment: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Postcard, Post E-Finance, Masterpass.

End customer prices are published.

SSL Secure transmission of credit card details

The credit card details are transmitted in encrypted form via SSL. The card number is only decrypted again by the relevant clerk.

Deliveries in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein

Delivery is made by Swiss Post overnight express - Tuesdays to Saturdays between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. (no delivery on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays).

Delivery and billing address

If the delivery address differs from the billing address, the customer is obliged to inform us of this when placing the order. By clicking on the "Buy" button, the customer confirms the accuracy of all information provided.

Complaints

If you receive a damaged or faulty delivery, you must inform us immediately upon receipt by telephone or in writing. The further procedure will be discussed individually with the customer.

Data protection

We will not pass on or sell your name, address or other personal data to third parties. We will be happy to inform you about news and promotions by e-mail. If you do not wish this, you can cancel this service at any time by e-mail unsubscribe at any time. Severability clause

If parts of these GTC prove to be unenforceable or invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Further provisions

Berquellfisch Frutigen reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The changes will be announced on the website and come into force when they are published. The customer accepts the new terms and conditions with the first order after the new GTC have been published.

Swiss law shall apply exclusively.

The place of performance and jurisdiction is Frutigen, Switzerland.
